As Shane was achieving accolades for being a high performing selling agent, it was his passion for the auction process which strengthened his market share.

 

In 2016 Shane won the NSW Novice Auctioneer award which continued to fuel his obsession with the auction process and in 2018 Next Bid Auction Services was born. Equipped with years of real estate sales experience and growing success.

Due to his extensive experience in negotiations, Shane knows the sale process intimately and is able to switch from being a showman to a caring, yet skilled negotiator mid auction.

 

Specialising in challenging auction campaigns, Shane works closely with agents and owners utilising his real estate background to achieve successful outcomes. He is regularly called upon by other agents to help get a sale across the line when many thought it was not possible.
